We live on a very steep hill, and it is a real climb to our front door . Both my wife and I needing assistance with heavy bags.

Mark did not hesitate to not only assist us both personally into the vehicle, as I walk with a stick.

He then got all the luggage in the car travelling up and down twice to our front door. He then drove us to the Virgin Upper class lounge

at London Heathrow T3 and ensured we were looked after by the Virgin staff at the Lounge pre check in. On the way home I asked Mark to stop at the Co Op so I could get Milk and Bread

As I got back in the car I realised I dropped my wallet. Mark was so concerned he went back to the store searched around for my wallet,and .Asked the Manager to check the CCV

 
The Manager took our details and called me the next day as an Uber driver had picked it up and drove off. So I was not even able to pay Mark for 5 days, he waited patiently for his payment

Always use Mark at Ambassador so reliable and very helpful. We booked to Gatwick Airport a return journey with 2 other friends 
4 of us in total, an early start with 2 different pick up addresses and heavy luggage 4 cases in all ,plus hand luggage.

Excellent service delivered us safely and with pleanty of time to board the ship and delivered us right to the door.
On the return it was so busy Mark was directed to Car Park and walked back to collect use personally,helped with out heavy luggage  
and walked us back to the car park,loaded the car,and ensure we were both happy before driving use back tio Ashford Kent a round trip of nearly 7 hours in total
