Terms of Hire

We require a minimum notice of 3 hours to book a car

The car allocated will depend on the day of the booking. Estate Cars, MPVs can be requested in advance.

All car parking charges incurred by the driver are to be paid by the customer.

We allow 1 hour on arrival at the airport for baggage and any further delays beyond our control are to be paid by the client.

Our Driver Waiting Time is charged at £15 per hour.

The driver will travel the most appropriate route on the day unless specifically instructed by the Customer.

All our drivers use RAC Traffic Master Live Motorway reports.

Every effort will be made by the driver to ensure your car arrives on time and reaches the final destination on time.

The driver is not responsible or liable for any delays that occur beyond his control on the day.

The driver will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to our Customers personal baggage.
